Windows

Container

A container window shows what is inside a backpack, a bag, a box or a corpse. Each item is a small picture in a grid of cells, and a stack of items shows its count under the picture. The bag's name stands at the top, in the box where you can type to search the bag.

Every container you open gets a window of its own. The windows open a step apart, so that each one leaves the title of the one beneath it in reach. Your backpack opens where you last left it. The other containers share one size, which is the size you last dragged a container to.

Container, backpack-freeform
Your backpack in the freeform view, which draws the bag as its own picture with the items lying inside it. The button at the top right switches back to the grid.
Container, backpack-grid
Your backpack in the grid view, holding thirty-one items. Five of them are stacks, and each stack shows its count. The Organize button stands at the foot, and the button at the top right switches to the bag's own picture.
Container, corpse
A lizardman's corpse in the grid view. The corpse holds seven things, one of them a stack of coins. The Loot All button stands at the foot, where Organize stands on other containers.
